Bespoke orders: Due to the nature of bespoke design and print, we always give you the chance to check and sign-off digital proofs prior to production commencing. We will invoice you prior to any work commencing. Work will begin once each payment stage has been received.

Letterpress printing is an artisan craft where no two pieces produced are identical – this uniqueness is part of the charm and beauty. Slight variations in inking, colour or impression can happen. We're proud of our cards and we do our best to ensure quality and consistency wherever possible. Each card is individually printed - hand fed into a vintage treadle letterpress, one at a time. We take great care over every single card we produce, to make sure each one is the best it can be. The mix of inks and the cotton and recycled papers we use may vary slightly from batch to batch. No two pieces produced are identical - this makes them truly unique!

All orders are carefully packed then shipped either first class, or fully insured Special Delivery. If your Special Delivery order arrives damaged, please ensure you inform us immediately, to allow us to rectify the situation.
