Returns

Due to the nature of bespoke design and print, we always give you the chance to check and sign-off digital proofs prior to production commencing. Therefore, we cannot offer a returns service. 

Letterpress printing is an artisan craft, where no two pieces produced are identical – this uniqueness is part of the charm and beauty. We take great care over every single card we produce, to make sure each one is the best it can be.

All orders are carefully packed then shipped fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, please ensure you inform us immediately, to allow us to rectify the situation.
